Lubna's background is originally in Product Design and developed her Service Design skills whilst working on collaborative projects within social innovation. Broadening her skills at a socially responsive design practice, she was able to specialise in service and user experience projects, with a focus on research and insights. Working in collaboration, she help organisations identify key areas of focus effecting their growth success, supporting the development of their employer brand and employee engagement. Lubna currently manages multiple projects and work on the design and delivery of process design strategies around on-boarding and talent life-cycles.
