About the company and role

We have an amazing position for a head of UX role for a really exciting agency based near Old Street in London who work for iconic brands, designing innovative and engaging customer Experiences.

The role is for a Head of UX (Director) and a creative power force behind the projected growth and expansion this exciting co-creation agency is experiencing and needs to harness and build upon.

Ideally from a UI background and with a grounded knowledge of Service Design, you will be used to managing teams of talented and driven designers and you will contribute on a daily basis to Customer Experiences and Services for household names and businesses making waves in cutting edge market-places. 

You will be working with the MD and the CDS to interact with Clients and implement amazing designs that actively benefit their brands and obviously be part of the Leadership Team. 

If you are a senior candidate with demonstrable background (imperative agency experience), and relish the digital challenges brands face bridging customers and clients, this is the role for you.

What you will bring

  • emonstrable experience as a head of UX for agencies and projects within designing and implementing engaging digital and cutting edge experiences and products. 
  • 8 years minimum commercial experience.
  • Previous management of teams from 5-20 people. 
  • Driven, Ambitious, Engaging, Amazing communication skills, Empathy, A true love of Design and UX and what this all means!
